A: Being active, energised and clear with the team and ensuring by doing that it empowers the team to be a better version of them. Showing commitment to providing our guests with a refreshing environment, thoughtful amenities and revitalising programming that fosters a sense of wellbeing.
Q: What’s the toughest part of your job?
A: I believe everything is always manageable, as we have a solid teamwork foundation. With our team’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry, we can confidently overcome any challenges that arise. In fact, due to our collective expertise and good industry experience, there isn’t a specific aspect that I would classify as the toughest part of our work.
Q: What do you find most satisfying among what you do?
A: Elevating guest experiences and exceeding revenue goals through strategic innovation.
Q: Who or what has influenced you the most throughout your career?
A: Bill Marriott with his quote, “Success is never final,” has always been the biggest influence in my career.
Q: If you hadn’t become a director of sales & marketing, what path would you have chosen?
A: Working in the hospitality industry has always been my passion, so I couldn’t picture myself working outside this field.
