Noema Resort Unveils a Creative Sanctuary in Pererenan, Bali

The newest property by JHL Collection invites guests into a vibrant, design-led haven where art, nature and culinary innovation converge on Bali’s most intriguing coastline.

Set amid the raw allure of Pererenan’s black-sand shores, Noema Resort has quietly opened its doors, ushering in a fresh era of hospitality in Bali. The latest addition to the JHL Collection, Noema is more than a luxury retreat—it is a sanctuary for creative minds and curious spirits.

With 156 meticulously designed rooms, including an opulent three-bedroom penthouse, the resort blurs the boundaries between indulgence and inspiration. Guests are invited to immerse themselves in curated art installations, join collaborative workshops, or simply unwind beside serene pools, all while engaging with a space designed to nourish both imagination and connection.

“Noema is not just a resort—it’s a hub for creative souls,” shares Kay Tadjoedin, Corporate Director of Marketing at JHL Collection. “We’ve crafted a space where travellers, artists, locals, and digital nomads can move in harmony, guided by design, authenticity and a shared sense of community.”

This vision comes to life through an array of signature experiences: from a whimsical all-ages playground by SIURA to a striking wall-climbing installation by Japanese artist Kanoko Takaya and immersive works by Iwan Yusuf and Sekar Puti.

Anchoring the resort is Paparempa, a bold culinary destination where Indonesian tradition meets modern flair. Designed by Domisilium Studio, its rich interiors evoke the textures of rendang, handwoven tenun and tropical flora. With garden seating framed by nostalgic gerobak, Paparempa is as much a dining venue as a celebration of culinary heritage.

Noema marks a new chapter for Pererenan—one that pulses with creativity, authenticity and the quiet luxury of meaningful encounters.
