One Kitchen, Two Chefs

Sake no Hana Bali was delighted to host an evening showcasing the wonderful skills of the stars of their kitchen. Chef Hideki Hiwatashi flew in from London to join up with Bali’s new executive chef, Hendry, to present a modern Japanese dining experience like no other. To enjoy this special event, BCA invited a select group of privileged BCA Solitaire and Priority customers, who enjoyed cocktails and canapés on the Grand Staircase before the multi-course, sake-paired dinner.
