With 25 years of experience in renowned international hospitality brands, including a successful stint as EAM at Alila SCBD Jakarta, Marisa brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
In her capacity as EAM, Marisa will oversee all sales, marketing, and revenue activities at the hotel, ensuring the highest standards are met. Her meticulous attention to detail promises unforgettable experiences for Park Hyatt Jakarta’s guests and clients.
Marisa’s approach is results-driven, and she is dedicated to elevating her team’s capabilities in the sales and marketing division. Her goal is to boost hotel revenue, meet ownership and shareholder expectations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Beyond her professional dedication, Marisa is a determined go-getter and an animal lover. In her free time, she enjoys sharing meals with loved ones and relaxing at home with her cat. She has a penchant for Indonesian spicy cuisine like Javanese fried noodles and savors finely crafted iced Americanos and crisp white wine. Marisa has also discovered a passion for painting, which she finds therapeutic.
