The Martell Pure Gourmet gala dinner was a gastronomic masterpiece, a collaboration between Martell Pure Gourmet Chef Ambassador Vindex Tengker and Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Executive Chef Lucas Thomas Lommatzsch. The event, held on 28th November, 2014, at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski highlighted cutting edge culinary techniques and used only the finest quality produce to enhance the overall flavours and textures of the dishes, with the dinner series embodying cooking inspired by Martell’s cognac creations.
A fashion show from Barli Asmara, Hian Tjen and Yogie Pratama provided an aesthetically pleasing interlude, alongside performances from Bunga Citra Lestari and Sammy Simorangkir.
