Raffles Jakarta is announcing Tommy Trisdiarto as its new executive assistant manager as of August 2023. Tommy’s recent promotion from director of sales and marketing to executive assistant manager is a well-deserved recognition of his exceptional contributions to the hotel’s success. During his tenure, Raffles Jakarta has been bestowed with esteemed honours of accolades, solidifying its position among one of the finest in the industry.
Bringing 11 years of hospitality experience and a deep understanding of the luxury landscape, Tommy is now on a mission to share Raffles’ sublime service that has been carried forward with the brand since its inception during the Golden Age of travel. Tommy’s strategic insight has been his approach to managing successful sales and marketing and hotel revenue. He seeks to understand each team member’s personality to cultivate their talents and support them best.
Tommy’s illustrious journey with Accor commenced as the director of marketing communications at the renowned Sofitel Bali Nusa Beach Resort in 2016. Demonstrating his commitment to personal and professional growth, he recently completed Accor’s prestigious Hotel Manager Development Program and is pursuing a PhD at Pelita Harapan University.
