Mandapa, one of the rarefied Ritz-Carlton Reserves, continues to gain recognition, this time with its one-of-a-kind spa and wellness experiences. Named Top Spa & Wellness Retreat in the AFAR Traveller’s Choice Awards, this is the second consecutive year for Mandapa to bring home this honour. This annual award is bestowed based on the opinions of the AFAR audience, who are affluent, influential and well-travelled, and voted for the Mandapa spa’s peaceful locale, deep relaxation, food for the soul and escape to another world.
An example of the outstanding wellness offerings at Mandapa is the Master Healers Series, which from 4th to 18th September 2018 will welcome back renowned Thai practitioner Paweennuch Soisoingsee (Khun Noom). This will be a second opportunity to experience crystal sound healing and holistic therapies with Khun Noom after last year’s in-demand Healing Master-in-Residence workshop.
Meanwhile, Ni Nyoman Rekayanti, Mandapa’s Director of Rooms, has been recognised for her outstanding professional excellence in The Hotelier Awards 2018, taking home Front Office Hotelier of the Year for Asia. This charming, poised Balinese lady gained experience in the Maldives and Caribbean before joining Mandapa and also received a Marriott Awards of Excellence in 2017.
