For couples wanting to create memorable celebrations, the dinner will be a five-course set degustation set menu created by the talented culinary team. For starters, Hokkaido scallops & sturia caviar are served with dashi butter, sea grapes, pickled cucamelon and sweet corn. Followed by toro tar tar, chicken yakitori, oshitasi goma, stockyard Wagyu sirloin red label and topping off the night with a Romantic Parfait. The dinner is priced at IDR1,700,000++ per couple.
