Celebrating the Indonesia’s 78th Independence Day, this promotion also welcomed the hotel’s new Executive Chef Ikhwan Chiptadi, renowned for his passion in showcasing Indonesia’s culinary treasures.

Bali Family Set

Guests are in for a treat with three distinct family set menus, each representing culinary gems from various Indonesian regions. The East Java Family Set featured a spicy Sego Penyetan, accompanied by an invigorating Es Godir. The Bali Family Set showcased the exquisite Nasi Lawar and refreshing Es Daluman. Meanwhile, the West Sumatra Family Set boasted the famed Nasi Kapau and a delightful finale, Es Tebak.

Chef Ikhwan and the culinary team are committed to sustainability, utilising top-quality, local ingredients to not only enhance flavours but also contribute to environmental preservation.
