There cannot be anything more frustrating or embarrassing than travelling half way around the world only to find your potential customer’s projector is broken or his software incompatible. But fear not, those innovative people at Texas Instruments have come up with a solution that you can take and use just about anywhere.
There are already a range of pico projectors, but meet what is almost certainly the world’s smallest and cutest. It’s tiny, it’s lightweight and perhaps looks more like a fun gadget than a functioning and important piece of gear. But this unobtrusive projector will project movies in DVD-quality resolution and will slip into your pocket almost unnoticed.
It’s very simple too. Place the DLP Pico on a flat surface, plug it into your smartphone, tablet or PC via the USB, and hey presto, and with no extra power required, your presentation lives again. It’s almost magical.
