By popular demand, Nasi Sedap, or better known as NasDap, is expanding to more locations in Bali and around Indonesia.
Always on hand to sate your hunger with freshly made, delicious meals, Nasi Sedap has announced the expansion of its business to two more locations in Bali, bringing the total to three NasDap outlets. The founders, Lenny Marlina Tanu and Sylvain Pasdeloup, made this decision after seeing the massive response from customers.
Open for less than a year, NasDap has proven successful thanks to its delicious, quick and affordable meals. At NasDap, customers get to indulge in the signature dish of nasi kulit, which comprises delicious steamed rice cooked in a mixture of herbs and spices, served with fried chicken, crispy chicken skin and fried beef lung, topped with flavourful serundeng (sautéed coconut flakes) and an addictive sambal on the side.
The new outlets will also serve the many variants of Kopi Sedap, or KoDap, which offers a refreshing array of coffee and milk drinks. Priced between IDR15,000 and IDR23,000, caffeine aficionados get to satisfy their cravings with drinks such as Si Hitam Manis (cold brew espresso with palm sugar), Cinta Coklat (cold brew espresso with palm sugar and chocolate milk) and more.
Beyond the storefronts, the addition of more NasDap outlets in the area is also helping Bali’s economy. From the very beginning, the founders established Nasi Sedap and Kopi Sedap to provide more job opportunities, especially for those struggling financially because of the current situation.
