March is marked as a special month in Bali, especially for Andaz Bali as it will celebrate the very first Nyepi occasion. To mark the wonderful moment, the resort launched the Starry, Starry Night Silent Day staying package.
Starting from 2 to 4 March, the guests of Andaz Bali can cocoon themselves in a spacious and convenient room, walk around 6 hectares of lush lawn or take part in various fun activities on the Silent Day occasion. On Pengerupukan Day or the day before Nyepi, guests are also invited to watch the enchanting Ogoh-Ogoh parade at 6pm, just like the good old days. Then, on Nyepi day itself, a series of engaging experiences for children and adults alike are available to help balance the body and mind. The day after Nyepi, called Ngembak Geni, will be used by Andaz Bali as a moment to invite the guest for a purification ritual called Melukat on the hotel’s nearby beach, for a clean slate as the Balinese New Year begins.
