The fine dining destination now offers a leisurely Sunday brunch to remember.
Known and loved for serving inspired contemporary Italian cuisine, courtesy of brilliant chef Maurizio Bombini, fine dining destination MAURI now offers its weekly MAURI Sunday Brunch, with its inaugural session this Sunday, 17 May. Running from 11.30am to 3pm, MAURI will open its doors to 25 guests to respect social distancing.
The brunch concept is reminiscent of MAURI’s set menu, starting with exquisite starters that include Sturia Vintage caviar and ending with the restaurant’s selection of artisanal cheeses and signature mini dessert tray.
In between is a lavish array of morning classics and fine appetisers, like the yellowfin tuna with burrata and MAURI signature foie gras wafer, all served course by course. Diners can also revel in the additional à la carte gastronomic offerings, prepared à la minute, such as homemade pasta and ravioli, fish of the day and roasted black Angus beef. Vegetarians should not fret, as MAURI Sunday Brunch also has vegetarian options.
The brunch package includes still water and soft drinks, but we suggest you take it up a notch by opting for the additional package of free flow wine – new and old worlds, white, red and sparkling. In addition, MAURI At Home and MAURI Dine In menus remain available from Friday to Sunday from 11.30 to 8.30pm. Advanced bookings are essential.
