Indonesia has the pleasure of hosting The Macallan M Masters for the first time this year.
After a great introduction in 2015, The Macallan M Masters is finally going regional. Since its inception in Asia, Singapore had been the only country to host this prestigious golf event. However, this year, The Macallan decided to extend the signature event to other Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia.
Created solely for esteemed individuals to network and connect with like-minded people, the event requires a team of 12 players from each country. The winner from each country is then deemed the national representative and will compete in the final play-offs in Bangkok, Thailand. The overall winner will receive exclusive prizes and bragging rights, as well as a chance to visit The Macallan’s home in Speyside, Scotland.
In Indonesia, the M Masters 2019 is divided into three qualifying rounds. The first round was held on 9 August at Damai Indah Golf at Pantai Indah Kapuk and The Macallan Indonesia invited its VIP members to participate. Over 60 loyal The Macallan members enjoyed a fun day out in a relaxed atmosphere, ending with a special Macallan dinner served for friends and clients.
The second round took place on 16 August at Soewarna Golf Club and the final round will happen on 30 August at Jakarta Royale Golf Club. Hole-in-one prizes include a Leica camera and Macallan M Decanter.
