TELU

Located at Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay, TELU offers a unique experience deeply rooted in Balinese culture. The name TELU, derived from the Balinese word for three, signifies the traditional philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, emphasising harmony among people, nature and the divine for overall well-being and prosperity. TELU is set in an open-air space, constructed entirely from repurposed and upcycled materials crafted by local artisans. This design approach blends traditional techniques with creative innovation, creating an inviting atmosphere.

The drink menu, curated by Bar Manager Jan Jurecka, features inventive cocktails made from over 80 percent homegrown or locally sourced ingredients. A highlight is Bali’s traditional spirit, arak, made from the fermented sap of coconut trees. The menu is complemented by a selection of epicurean bites that showcase distinctive Balinese flavours, enhancing the overall dining experience. TELU’s commitment to sustainability and local sourcing, along with its creative mixology and flavourful dishes, makes it a standout destination for those visiting Four Seasons Resort.
