Aman Venice, Italy
Sitting in a beautiful 16th century palazzo, Aman Venice has launched The Palazzo Kitchen Table, an intimate private dining experience exclusively for only ten diners. The Palazzo Kitchen Table offers guests themed dinners and culinary events from guest chefs and the hotel’s own executive chef, Dario Ossola. The live cooking sessions are interactive, allowing guests to partake in the process of creating dishes and witnessing each chef’s culinary interpretation of local ingredients harvested from the Venetian lagoon and its islands. The pop-up events include dining experiences from renowned chefs Alfred Russo, Davide Oldani, Aida Koji and Riccardo De Prà.
Amanruya, Turkey
This season, Amanruya welcomes Executive Chef Cihan Beyit to the hotel. Inspired by old traditions and uncovering an authentic taste of Turkey, Chef Cihan has created a new menu at the Beach Club serving Turkish pizza as well as grilled dishes. Amanruya has also opened a new bar for the 2019 season, as well as a wine cellar with weekly tastings led by the sommelier. Amanruya also offers a host of new cruise experiences onboard its 40ft yacht with a tailor-made cruise experience to the island of Kos to discover hidden ruins and historic caves.
Amanjena, Morocco
Enjoy the sights and sounds of Marrakech with a retro twist at Amanjena, which has welcomed a new fleet of vintage motorbikes. Decorated in racing green, the bikes offer an exciting way to discover off-the-beaten-track Marrakech – a genuinely unique way to see the Red City. The tour takes in the city’s hidden treasures, from a flea market and secret garden to old art deco buildings and khettaras in the palm grove. Back at the hotel, relax in the pool or enjoy a signature hammam at the spa with traditional treatments performed in a steam-heated room.
Amanzoe, Greece
Re-opened for the season in April, Amanzoe welcomes a host of new culinary experiences for guests this year. Executive Chef Dimitis Melemenis will guide olive oil tastings with food pairing suggestions. Amanzoe launches its first product of the month series, which sees the hotel champion local and seasonal ingredients throughout its restaurants, from cherries and asparagus in May to figs and okra in July. Down at Amanzoe Beach Club, a new BBQ Brunch is available twice a month from June, offering a feast of souvlaki and grilled fish in a casual setting with your feet in the sand.
