The Butterfly Easter at Le Bristol Paris

Welcoming the joyous spring, the icon of Parisian elegance creates a stunning Easter Egg masterfully crafted by the hotel’s Chef Chocolatier Johan Giacchetti.

Sitting on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris, Le Bristol Paris has been around since 1925. The hotel tells a story of elegance, from its renovated, 18th-century decor to its Bristol After Dark experience, which revisits the glamour of Parisian nights. The hotel combines superlative service, art, warmth and an unrivalled French savoir-faire.

Upholding its traditions during Easter, the hotel unveiled another meticulous creation of its Easter Egg. Introduced by Chef Chocolatier Johan Giacchetti, Le Bristol’s chocolate factory has emanated heavenly aromas from the heart of the hotel’s ground floor workshops and tempted customers with its exceptional handmade creations presented as welcome treats in guest rooms and as takeaway indulgences from L’Épicerie des Ateliers du Bristol.

Hand-crafted out of dark chocolate from Madagascar the large egg stands erect on a chocolate foundation and is filled with a praline of crushed almonds, hazelnut morsels and vanilla. In a design influenced by Chef Johan Giacchetti’s love for springtime nature walks, the egg is adorned by a delicate flourish of butterflies coloured in deep red lining the side as if to have landed there temporarily before fluttering away again.
