Get your dancing shoes ready because W Bali – Seminyak is bringing SPF back to the Island of the Gods.
For almost two decades, W Hotels has successfully redefined the hospitality scene with their super-charged energy. With a mission to fuel guests’ lust for life, W ignites an obsessive desire to soak it in, live it up and hit repeat. Solely for this reason, W Hotels created the annual summer party with SPF.
Known to many as the hottest summer party of the season, SPF is a permanent fixture in the Bali party scene bringing world-famous DJs to the island. And this year will be no different.
On 27 July, SPF 19 at W Bali – Seminyak will be headlined by two of the biggest names in dance music, Anja Schneider and Elekfantz. The party will start early at 1pm with the fresh sound of W Bali’s resident DJs Victor Goh, Cleave Martinex, CTRL-ALT, Lady Flic and Nanda. This year’s party will also be recorded and streamed live across W Bali’s and Mixmag’s social media channels to more 2.5 million followers and subscribers around the world.
Supporting the opening of W Ibiza, for one night only, W Bali will capture the spirit of the Balearic island with a playful and energetic pop-up activation at Woosky. The best of Ibiza’s signature elements will, of course, also be found in the tapas and cocktails.
The party will also see a live art installation by local artist Julien Thorax, who will reimagine the iconic W sign. Known for his work in mixing colours, he will create a piece that represents the mix of different nationalities visiting Bali and celebrate it with United in Diversity, or Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Anyone coming to the party will also get a chance to take away an exclusive tote bag designed by the artist himself.
