Tasmanian single malt pioneers Lark Distillery Co., has marked its entry to Indonesian spirits market. The brand held an intimate whisky dinner, hosted by founder Bill Lark himself with notable industry figures in attendance – including bar owners, collectors and whisky aficionados. The event brought three of Lark’s best creations, including the award-winning Tasmanian Peated, paired with wonderful dishes from Pantja – fresh from the bar’s recent induction into Asia’s 50 Best Bars.
