Happening on 31 December 2023, a buffet dinner is up for grabs at Makase from 6.30pm to 11pm. A vast selection of Indonesian and international dishes will fill plates for the last time this year, with food stations spread throughout the dining room. From 10.30pm onwards, guests can head to Tree Bar to finalise their New Year’s resolutions and welcome 2024 in with a bang. Meanwhile, over at SugarSand, Chef Syamsul Rizal is preparing a five-course set menu with chawanmushi, lobster and more. A live DJ will also spin energetic music while waiting for the clock to strike midnight.
