The culinary programme offers a diverse culinary escape designed by free riding Peruvian Chef Diego Muñoz; the creative libations from Group Beverage Director Albie Barratt elevate the guests’ favourite beach club classics and are inspired by local ingredients and flavours; and the location is a spectacular cliff-top oasis with a 25-metre infinity pool with enviable open-ocean views, an open terrace and deep sun loungers, plus timber and rattan pavilions housing a bar and restaurant.
For those seeking a secret hideaway, take the winding staircase down the cliff face to the stunning ocean deck bar. It not only offers a dramatic secluded setting but also direct access at low tide to the privacy of the white sandy beach.
The vibe is distinctly upbeat and the music vibrant, hardly surprising considering the musical team is led by legendary music producer, mixer and composer Neil McLellan, who curates a custom soundtrack that takes guests from sunny laidback days through to Bali’s famed, astounding sunsets and beyond.
Ulu Cliffhouse is home to a state-of-the-art music recording studio, a creative workspace for international artists and DJs, as well as hosting a rotating art space and lifestyle boutique.
