The Taste of Origin Wine-Paired Dinner Comes to Delight

Dining destination Breeze at The Samaya Seminyak brings together delectable delicacies and curated wines for a night to remember.

Award-winning beachfront restaurant Breeze at The Samaya Seminyak is known and loved for its scenic setting, delicious cuisine and exquisite selection of beverages. On Monday, 25 July 2022, the dining destination will delight discerning diners with The Taste of Origin Wine Dinner, starting from 6pm.

The intimate dinner will showcase five enticing courses courtesy of the The Samaya Seminyak’s Executive Chef Surya Perdana and Sous Chef Wayan Budiana, paired with outstanding wines especially curated by two international wine ambassadors, Javier Rodriguez Bragazzi from Argentina and Oscar Rioja Manzanares from Spain. Also making an appearance is seasoned wine sommelier Madhe Yudi.

Diners can enjoy 10 varieties of wines, including Finca Las Moras Chardonnay, Baron de Ley Blanco, La Mascota Cabernet Franc and Finca Museum Crianza, among others. The fine wines will be paired with delicate dishes such as ocean trout and shiitake mushroom terrine, chilled and grilled BBQ pork, as well as open crab lasagne.
