Jill Goh, with her Malaysian roots and an illustrious career spanning decades, has been appointed as the first and only female general manager of this iconic establishment.
Jill’s journey began in 1993 when she first joined Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, and since then, her passion, dedication and unwavering commitment to excellence have taken her across the globe.
The pinnacle of Jill’s career, however, came when she assumed the role of general manager at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The city’s dynamic energy and the hotel’s iconic status presented her with a canvas to further showcase her managerial prowess. Under her leadership, the hotel continued to set new standards in luxury hospitality.
Returning to the place where it all began, Jill is excited to bring fresh ideas to the newly revamped hotel and to uphold the brand’s identity of understated luxury for all the guests.
