Nia DaCosta, the visionary director behind Candyman, Little Woods and The Marvels, returns to the big screen with 28 Years Later, a post-apocalyptic horror film set to premiere on 20 June 2025. The film stars Jodie Comer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ralph Fiennes and Jack O’Connell. Set 28 years after the outbreak of the deadly Rage Virus devastated Britain, the movie explores the lives of survivors isolated on a small island. Tensions rise when one of the group members ventures into the city, only to uncover dark secrets and new terrors—including a mutated virus that not only infects its victims but also exposes humanity’s darker sides

Following the success of Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. (2023), Lana Del Rey is set to release her 10th studio album on 21 May 2025. Originally titled Lasso, the new album marks a fresh chapter for Lana as she delves into a country sound while maintaining her signature Americana vibes. Featuring 13 tracks, the album sees contributions from longtime collaborators Jack Antonoff and Zachary Dawes, as well as newcomers Luke Laird and Drew Erickson. With her previous album reaching No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart, The Right Person Will Stay is expected to continue her winning streak.

Alessia Cara
Alessia Cara, known for hits like How Far I’ll Go, is set to release her fourth studio album, Love & Hyperbole, on 14 February 2025. The album explores themes of love and intimacy, reflected in its cover art depicting two women dancing and pulling each other close against a maroon backdrop. In an Instagram post, Alessia expressed her excitement, describing the album as deeply personal. It features 14 tracks, including the already-released singles Dead Man, (Isn’t It) Obvious and Slow Motion.
