Jaron Guggenheim has been appointed Executive Assistant Manager of Food & Beverage at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is delighted to announce the appointment of Jaron Guggenheim as its new Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage. This prestigious role welcomes a seasoned professional whose extensive experience and commitment to excellence promise to elevate Mandapa’s culinary offerings to new heights.
Jaron’s illustrious career began at the French Grill in JW Marriott Hanoi, where he excelled as a restaurant manager. His leadership and dedication were instrumental in the restaurant receiving numerous accolades, including the prestigious Best of the Best – 2015 Restaurant of the Year by Robb Report Vietnam and the World Luxury Restaurants Award in 2016. These recognitions were a testament to Jaron’s exceptional ability to drive quality and innovation in the hospitality industry.
From February 2017 to November 2019, Jaron further distinguished himself as the Director of Restaurants and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at JW Marriott Hanoi. During this period, he played a crucial role in the success of new outlet concepts such as Akira Back Restaurants and Cool Cats Jazz Club. His efforts contributed to remarkable revenue growth and significantly enhanced guest experiences, cementing his reputation as a leader in food and beverage operations.
Most recently, Jaron served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection by Marriott. His time there was characterised by notable achievements in food and beverage marketing, operations, and guest satisfaction, further showcasing his skill and dedication to the field.
