For the first time in Indonesia, Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®), the award-winning loyalty programme from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, introduces SPG Keyless, a groundbreaking digital innovation and a turning point in the traditional hotel experience that fundamentally redefines the way hotel guests arrive and check into their rooms: guests can now ditch the plastic key cards and instead unlock their rooms with their Smartphones and the new SPG Keyless – powered by the SPG app.
An evolution of Aloft Hotels’ Smart Check-in, SPG Keyless enables SPG member guests to bypass the front desk (where available), avoid waiting in line and ultimately unlock their stay with a simple tap of their Smartphone.
SPG Keyless is first rolling out to Starwood’s W, Aloft and Element brand hotels around the globe (30,000 doors in 150 hotels), as these brands cater to the next-gen, design-savvy and tech-forward guests.
