Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry is releasing their latest Guccissima timepiece for women in bold red with an elegant new strap. Made from stainless steel, the Guccissima Valentine watch displays the rounded Guccissima case featuring the iconic Gucci ‘G’ on the bezel. Released in a small size (27mm), the timepiece is fitted with a slim double loop strap in soft red calfskin. The white mother of pearl dial is accented by three diamonds at 6, 9 and 12 o’clock. The wraparound strap hints at a casual style, whilst the addition of diamonds renders this smart piece ideal for a special gift.
AFRICAN ODYSSEY
The latest collection from storied jewellery house Cartier, “L’Odyssée de Cartier Parcours d’un Style” features a beautiful selection of pieces inspired by cultures, aesthetics and materials from around the globe. Of all of the pieces in the collection, the ones inspired by Africa are perhaps the most intriguing. One the standout pieces is the ‘Solar’ necklace set, with a 21.13ct cushion-shaped orange tourmaline, cabochon-cut rutilated quartz, mandarin garnet beads, brown diamond beads, obsidian and diamonds. Other pieces draw inspiration from the stripes of zebras and the glorious sunsets over the African savannah.
