When it comes to parties and festivities, it’s hard to top W Bali – Seminyak, as it’s more than just accommodation comprising stylish suites and opulent villas, it is also one of the most happening destinations in Bali. For the Festive Season this year, the resort combines luscious cuisine, W’s kicking signature cocktails and a pumping package of music and entertainment.
Combine a homely ambience with the resort’s bold vibe for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with inspired dining at FIRE restaurant. Director of Culinary Richard Bias will recreate the comforts of home so that diners can savour traditional dishes with a modern twist, with highlights of seafood, prime meat and hot dishes from the East & West section. On 24th December, the Christmas Eve Dinner at FIRE will run at 6pm till 11pm, with packages to choose from, including a free-flow beverage option. On 25th December, FIRE will have a buffet-style lunch and Christmas Day dinner with all the gastronomic delights the restaurant has to offer.
Another Christmas option is the selection of Pan-Asian fare courtesy of Chef de Cuisine Ash Garvey at Starfish Bloo. The restaurant will serve its reputable brunch on both 24th and 25th December, from 12pm to 3.30pm, and a Christmas Eve Dinner starting from 6pm on top of that. If the brunch and dinner selection on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day at both restaurants are still not enough, head to Starfish Bloo on 26th December for the Boxing Day Brunch, starting at 12pm.
Moving on to the end of the year, you can choose from an enticing buffet spread at FIRE or Starfish Bloo, before heading to W Lounge or WOOBAR to enjoy the entertainment line-up, with talented London-born and bred DJ Sam Divine taking the spotlight as the main headliner. Sam made a name for herself as she raised the roof on the best dance floors in London, and she has also been acknowledged for her involvement in Pete Tong’s Selecter Series for BBC Radio 1. W’s own line up of resident DJs will also keep the night alive, as they ring in the New Year against the unrivalled Seminyak Beach view and W’s famed fireworks.
After the all-nighter, you might want to recover with Starfish Bloo’s buffet-style Recovery Brunch on 1st January from 1pm to 4.30pm. You can choose from the selection of brunch packages, but we would suggest you opt for the free-flow Champagne option. After you’ve recovered, continue with some more partying at WOOBAR from 12pm all the way till 10pm, with no entrance fee.
