Asia’s best pastry chef and an award-winning chocolatier return to the beach resort for an Easter full of chocolates.
W Bali – Seminyak has announced that this Easter weekend, it will bring back world-renowned Janice Wong. The exciting collaboration will be filled with sweets, as Chef Wong herself will be hosting fun activities, such as edible chocolate painting class and special T-Party to the extra sweet Easter brunch.
The native Singaporean has learned from some of the world’s best chefs, including Thomas Keller, Grant Achatz, Oriol Baaguer, and Pierre Hermé. She has won multiple awards, including being named “Asia’s Best Pastry Chef” for two years in a row by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards.
Chef Wong’s edible chocolate painting class and T Party with Janice will be held at W Lounge on Saturday, 8 April. While on Easter Sunday, Bali’s best Sunday brunch is presented with a special celebration edition, the Sweet Easter Brunch with Janice Wong at Starfish Bloo and FIRE Restaurant.
Continuing the theme, this special edition will not be complete without the sweets, as Chef Wong will bring you a unique experience where there’s a delectable chocolate buffet for guests to enjoy. A showcase of vibrant and edible installations at the Great Room is decorated with hanging lollipops and edible colorful chocolate that is perfect for both picture moments and sweet tooth satisfaction.
