Turkish Airlines is now flying a direct flight between Istanbul and Indonesia’s most famous island destination, Bali.
Flying to more countries than any other airline in the world, Turkish Airlines has inaugurated a new destination on its map. Known as the hottest island destination in Asia, Bali has been chosen by Turkey’s national carrier as its second destination in Indonesia.
On 17 July, Turkish Airlines landed its first direct flight from Istanbul at Denpasar’s Ngurah Rai International Airport. Carrying 250 passengers aboard TK 066, Turkish Airlines is strengthening its mission to reach all corners of the world and was greeted with celebratory water cannons, Balinese dances and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to welcome the first visitors in great style.

The new aircraft seats 300 passengers, with 270 economy class seats and 30 in business class. The modern cabins provide the perfect setting to enjoy Turkish Airlines’ award-winning on-board dining and in-flight entertainment.
