In the heart of Bali, East Indies Gin comes to life using the finest handmade Carl stills from Germany. The master distiller meticulously harmonises the diverse flavours of Indonesian botanicals with the highest-quality Macedonian juniper, striving for the perfect concentration of flavours and a clean, smooth spirit.
Crafting exceptional gin demands top-tier botanicals, dedicated artisans and, crucially, an exceptional still. Spice Islands Distilling Co. leaves no room for compromise and, thus, partnered with Carl, a family-owned company with over a century and a half of expertise in crafting the world’s finest stills. The result is a custom-designed 550-litre handmade still that stands as a testament to the commitment to quality.
Since its inception, East Indies Gin has introduced three unique variants, including the original dry gin, the Bali Pomelo Pink Gin and the latest addition, the Banda Fine Spiced Negroni Gin.
