Located in the vibrant area of Seminyak, the stylish hotel welcomes Ali Nihad as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. A seasoned hotelier, this is Ali’s second stint working on the beautiful island of Bali.
With 20 years of experience, Ali has built a global reputation for his expertise in the sales, marketing and e-commerce fields. His journey in the world of marketing started back in 2003, when he joined Zitahli Kuda-Funafaru Resort & Spa in the Maldives. In 2016, he took on a bigger role as Director of Sales at The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort, before falling in love with Bali when he oversaw the sales and marketing department at Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Ubud.
A truly passionate hotelier, Ali is also the recipient of various industry awards and achievements. These include recognitions such as The President Circle Awards for Marriott International, successful pre-opening for The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort in 2016, and delivering a record sales performance year for Anantara properties in the Maldives, and commercially the most successful year for Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. In 2018 Ali was ranked in the 20 Most Influential Sales & Marketing Professionals in the Maldives by Corporate Maldives.
These impressive feats serve as a testament to his wide repertoire of commercial skills. With expertise spanning sales strategy and revenue generation to market development and digital marketing, he is indeed to be a great addition to the team at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach.
