Due to the current situation, however, Zibiru is only available for takeaway and delivery. But fret not, as Zibiru’s team of chefs has designed and prepared a delectable range of food offerings that are easy to prepare at home in just two simple steps. Zibiru offers selections of zuppa, pasta sauce, fresh pasta to cook at home, protein dishes, cured fish and meat and jams. All products are blast frozen in sterilised and vacuum-sealed sous vide bags, so they have long shelf lives – three months when frozen and two to five days when thawed.
